- City ordinance & our rules require all animals to be licensed, registered, & vaccinated.
- Animals must be leashed when outside of the unit.
- Animals cannot create a hazard to the health and safety of others or create a nuisance.
- You must pick up after your pet. Waste stations are located through out the community along the sidewalks for your convenience.
- Note: The owner of an emotional support animal looses all protection under the emotional support animal statutes if the animal is dangerous or creates a nuisance.
