Process a Master Insurance certificate request 2 ways:
- By Email: Certificates@john-galt.com – Please send a copy of the Bank’s Letter of Request
- By Fax: (954) 440-2833 – Please send a copy of the Bank’s Letter of Request
With either of the above options, make sure to include your contact information – Name, Phone number, and your Email Address or fax number as applicable.
