- Call to order.
- Roll call and establish quorum.
- Waiving of the previous meeting minutes from August 7, 2024.
- New Business:
Suspension of Voting Rights: Nine (9) units will have their voting rights
suspended because their accounts are in arrears over 90 days. Their rights
will be restored only if the amounts due are paid in FULL and posted to their
account prior to the Annual Meeting. These accounts are 0043, 0150, 0215,
0112, 0220, 0270, 0168, 0052, 0235.
Accounts that are currently being handled by our attorneys are 0021, 0056,
0088, 0089, 0130, 0134, 0138, 0157, 0174, 0214, 0222, 0236, 0267, 0273,
0296. - Adjournment.

minutes each to address only items on the agenda.
