Sellers & Landlords – Digital copies of Heritage Village governing documents and rules & regulations are available to download at no cost via your resident portal. It is your responsibility to provide these documents to prospective tenants or buyers.

The association may withhold approval of any sale or lease if the owner, or the unit, is found to be in violation of the associations governing documents or Rules & Regulations.
**APPLICATION FOR OWNERSHIP -OR- OCCUPANCY, IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 18, WHO WILL OCCUPY OR LIVE IN A UNIT
Even if they are not on the purchase contract or title to the property as buyer/owner
Even if they are not listed as a tenant/co-signer on the lease.
**Married couples can complete a “Joint application” as “applicant and co-applicant.”
**Non-Married Individuals living together, must each submit their own application.
Step 1: Review the Heritage Village website for community information and our Rules & Regulations.
Step 2: Click here to Create an account and start your application. Use our community code: 9113.
Step 3 – Signature Request: After step 2, you will have the option to complete your online application now or complete later. If you chose to complete later, you will receive an email with the link to access your online application at any time. If applicable, once you have completed and signed all the forms, your co-applicant will receive a separate email to complete their signatures.
Step 4 – Upload Request: We will be sending you, and your co-applicant (if applicable) an email with the link to upload the required documents to complete your application.
Applicants will need to provide the following Uploads:
- Copy of “Purchase/Sale Agreement” or Copy of “Rental/Lease Agreement.”
- Drivers License / Identification Card
- Vehicle Registration
- Vehicle Insurance
- Photos of Pets/Animals
- Vet & Vaccination Records of Pets/Animals
- **Service/Support Animals – Do not upload Badges, certificates or registry documentation. The only acceptable documentation is a prescription from a Physician, Specialist, or Mental Health practitioner whom is licensed in the United States.
