As a reminder, the community’s balcony restoration project is scheduled to begin on November 17, 2025, and is expected to continue for approximately one year. During this period, contractors will need access to each affected balcony in order to complete the essential repair work.
To ensure the project proceeds safely and efficiently, all owners are required to:
- Keep patio gates unlocked and accessible on the days work is scheduled in your area.
- Secure or remove screens, organize furniture, and any personal belongings away from your patio sliding glass doors to prevent damage and allow contractors unobstructed access.
Your cooperation is essential in helping the project stay on schedule and allowing the work to be completed properly.
