All requests should be sent to certrequests@ajg.com and follow the format below to ensure timely processing:
Subject Line: Heritage Village of Palm Beach Lakes/ HERIVIL-04/ Certificate of Liability AND Property Request
Email Body: Please include the following details:
- Unit Owner/Borrower’s Full Name
- Complete Property Address (including Unit Number)
- Lender’s Mortgagee Clause
- Loan Number
- Email Address for Delivery of COI & COP
